Private Catering

We can provide catering services for your dinner party or event, at your chosen venue, for parties of five guests or more. Our three course menu features hearty, home-cooked dishes, showcasing meat from our farm and other local produce, including venison, smoked salmon and cheese.

Are you a restaurant/ hotel concerned with ensuring your menu features fully traceable meat? Keen to guarantee Scottish provenance to your customers? We can supply lamb, hogget & mutton in whole/ half carcass quantities, or a regular supply of mince/ stewing steak for your chef to transform into amazing dishes for your customers.

Events & Festivals

We have a fully independent, flexible stall set-up  to suit all manner of outdoor and indoor events, including music festivals, farmers markets and parties. Our food prides itself on taste and quality, always aiming to suit the individual nature of the event; our typical menu includes saltmarsh lamb burgers, slow cooked lamb, and homemade pies. Want to do your own hog roast? We can supply the meat, hog roast machine and cooking instructions to ensure your guests enjoy every bite.


Butchered Meat

We supply fresh butchered lamb, hogget and mutton in whole/ half carcass quantities at certain times of the year. Prices start at £8 per kilo plus delivery. You can also visit our stall at certain local events where you can buy assorted cuts (e.g. roasting joints, shanks, chops), mince, stewing steak and haggis in freezer friendly quantities.

Scotch Pies

Handmade by us, featuring our meat and fresh local ingredients, our tasty pies are available to buy at events or at a minimum order of 20. Totally freezable, prices start at £3.50 per pie. Fillings include slow cooked hogget & local ale, and a roasted veg & mozzarella vegetarian pie.
